Life updates and a potentially empty promise!

So... I fail at blogging, but y'all already knew that... :D

Ha ha just kidding!

I really did move out! It is so exciting! And my best friend, Melissa, is my roommate! (and in the new Relief Society presidency with me~)And I also live with Kathy, Bree (she owns the house) and Brutus and when school starts again Dorothy! It is way too much fun!! We don't sleep... and we have a quote wall... because we say stupid funny things we are tired. Brutus is our Bree's Saint Barnard, we love him!  

what else is new....
I passed all of my classes... we went dancing at Union Station.... oh heavens I must tell you about that! That will have to be it's own post though!

Derrick.... Elder Hamblin, graduated from High school, and now has received his endowment and will be leaving for Spoken Washington to serve a mission on July 17.

My Uncle who is like 40 something is FINALLY getting married and we get to go to Colorado for his wedding! My Soon-To-Be Aunt is so awesome! I wish she lived in Logan and could be my new best friend!! :D

I promise I will write more often!! 

(and that my friend is the potentially empty promise)

I must write about Ogden and I need to up date my 22 list....

Busy Busy Busy!

I have been meaning to write, I promise! I was just super super busy!
I had an oral presentation on why you should invest in Wal-Mart... fun stuff! My group did get 100%  on it so that was great!
I am so glad that is over now... my group was driving me up the wall!
My A-string on my violin snaped 20 min before my lesson...
I woke up at 4 am almost everyday just to get stuff done... arg!
But after all this stress there was a very very happy ending!
I would write it here but this post is too depressing... so you'll have to read my next post! actually I just discoverd a post I never published... it is also depressing... but then one after that is the exciting one! :D

It has been way to long!

Hello!

So lots and lots has happened! So this post is going to be crazy!

I changed majors, I am now an Accounting Major! Sounds fun right? Actually I think it does, I know I'm weird!

I was called as Chapter President of the Cumorah Chapter of IWA. This is the last semester ever of IWA it is so sad but I know it will be good.

On March 31 my dear friend Libby passed away. She was only 19 and she had Leukemia. I miss her so very very much but I know she is in the spirit world spreading joy and love! :D

Four days later on April 3 my grandpa passed away from Liver Cancer... April was a very hard month but I pushed though and finished the semester and then May was a dark cloud, ( partially because it rained non-stop) but I am OK with it all now!

Our ward boundaries got changed again and this group of guys called the Cowboys got moved out but because my ward is just amazing they bought a house and moved back in! This was great news because I have a huge crush on one of them! (I'll explain more about him in my next post! :D)

This semester has been crazy! I am in a business communications class, Econ, Spanish, and I am taking Private Piano and Fiddle lessons! I love fiddling I am just horrible at it! ha ha!

My little Sister Ariel turned 8 and got baptized.

My cousin Alice is engaged and I am her Maid of Honor she is getting married next August so we will see what happens, I honestly don't think it will last that long but it could happen.

On the subject of weddings... I swear every one is married now... really! or they were married and now are divorced... which is super sad!

I got called as Institute Rep in my ward! I love it! I pretty much live in the Institute building! It brings joy to my soul!

I am so sorry this is a mess but I had to get a lot of stuff caught up! I know I didn't get it all but in my next posts I will fill in the blanks! (I am really going to try to post more consistently)

I had a dream last night that compared men to rocks... and boys were lava because they haven't formed into men yet like lava hasn't formed into rocks... it was the weirdest dream ever!

Playing Some Serious Catch Up Part 2 - January

So for New Years my mom's friend and her family came over and we played rock band and Country rock band. I held the baby and got him to go to sleep. At midnight we ran out side and screamed.. it woke the baby up... oh well. They were going home anyways!

 After New Years I had a while before school started (on the 10th of January) I did a whole lot of nothing! I did go dancing the Wednesday before school started and that was fun!

I was really excited for this semester because I am talking Western Swing!! I love it! I am also taking  Aerobics, Badminton ( I just discovered that that is how you spell it... I 've been Spelling it Badmitten... oops!), Creative arts, Music Fundamentals and Stats 1040. It is actually a pretty good semester, very busy but not much homework which is super nice!! :D There are lots of cute boys in my Western swing class, and because it is at 8:30 all the boys smell really good because it is their first class and I finally learned how to Cow Boy Cha-Cha. Also my music fundamentals professor is from Manhattan and she went to Julliard and she was so scary the first day but now she is awesome! :D I love her as a teacher, she aways talks about how weird Utah is! And how she got pulled over on her bike! It's so funny!

So This is super short and sweet but hey there wasn't much to say... and I really need to catch up!! :D

Playing Some Serious Catch Up - Part 1 - Christmas

Holy Cow! I have been so busy lately I have not written on here in for ever!!! Bad Crazy Country Red-Head! ;D So on Christmas Eve my Grandma and Grandpa came up and so did my Uncle and Alice and her little siblings. We played games and Alice and I went and bought her mom some beads for Christmas. We then started our Christmas Eve Party , where we played more games and got prizes. Then Alice had to go home so the left. The we had the Spiritual part we "acted" (more like wore costumes and read) the Christmas story. In between the scripture my brothers and I played our instruments... I never practiced my song so it went... um... not so well! haha oh well no one did to good but that's OK because it was just family! eventually we we went to bed. Christmas morning we got up and opened presents and eat breakfast. I got a huge Stuffed animal cow! :D He makes me happy! I also got Taylor Swift's Speak Now CD which I love! and the Band Perry CD and Twilight woods Lotion and stuff from Bath and Body works,a cupcake cookbook, and some White English chocolate! Later my Grandma, Aunt, and Uncle came over. I got more Twilight woods stuff and the 3rd season of "The Dukes of Hazzard" on DVD. I also got $25 to Amazon... which I still need to spend!

Well I'm glad I got Christmas done... we'll have to see how long it take me to get New Year up!!

FINALLY!!

Ok wow I'm finally writing on here! and I updated the look of my blog and everything. Ha ha I guess I must just be bored! I actually should be in bed right now. So I've started a new semester and my singles ward... I mean YSA ward is all new(ish) and I love it! It's so exciting! I'm still in the Cumorah chapter of IWA in fact I'm the 1st counceler! Cami (our president) is engaged I'm so excited for her! Except that next semester we will have to get a new president, oh well we'll figure it out and it will be good! It's almost Halloween which means my home-ward Fall Festival is coming up... tomorrow actually. I'm not sure if I'm excited about it or not... I'm sure it will be fun and I'll get to see all my home-ward friends and I'm dressing up, as Daphne from Scooby-Doo I'm pretty excited about that!! :D I'll put pictures up I promise I'm really going to try to do better at updating this! (ha ha we'll see how long it lasts!) but anyways I really really need to go to bed so goodnight!!
